Well, as a general rule we don't really stock the albums you can get at Walmart or Barnes and Noble.  Our mission is to provide an outlet for new and different sounds and stories you won't find in the mainstream.  Which is not to say we don't have popular artists in stock, both new and used.  But our collection is carefully curated, and intended to open your soul and diversify your palate.  Take a chance on something you haven't heard of, and prepare to have your mind blown!

Same reason that beer is more expensive at your favorite bar than at Costco, or Binnys.  We offer an experience, and a community.  A place to hang out,  listen to tunes, and talk with like-minded friends.  And Amazon sells its vinyls at most all indie record stores' wholesale cost, right alongside the diapers and pet food.  We don't and can't compete with that.  So if its just about the dollars... 

We have a generous return policy.  If your used vinyl purchase does not meet your reasonable expectations, we will swap it out for something that does, with attendant price adjustments as warranted .  We want you to be happy.   You can listen to used vinyl at our listening station located in the store before you buy.  Nevertheless, please be aware that some used vinyl can have surface noise and slight imperfections, adding to the ambiance!
